• Safe storage and natural drying of forest biomass of all types (energy crops, forest remains, wood in roll, etc.), regardless of weather conditions, for supply to points of energy consumption. • Classification and recovery of agricultural biomass (citrus and fruit trees). • Safe storage away from forest masses and with the possibility of natural drying in a controlled environment, leaving the mountain clean, reducing the risk of fire. |

Located in the El Hormiguero area, in the municipal terms of San Juan del Puerto and Trigueros, the plant has 20 ha, divided into different production areas • AREA P1: screening and refining plant of pre-crushed material, being able to separate land and inert and obtain specific measures. • ZONE P2A: collection of pre-crushed tree, agricultural material (fruit and citrus) • ZONE P2B: chip collection of different standard sizes on polished concrete. • AREA P3: collection of roundwood for drying, storage and subsequently chipping directly on bathtubs or mobile floors. • ZONE P4: stockpiling of sheared stumps to pre-crush and pre-crushed to pass to the refining plant. • ZONE P5: composting area of remains. • ZONE P6: indoor storage silo for short-term consumption with a capacity of 11,000 m3. • ZONE P7: calibrated scale for weighing and registration of trucks. • ZONE P8: water raft for fire protection system. • ZONE P9: 24/365 day perimeter surveillance center with 20 cameras covering the entire perimeter of the plant. • ZONE P10: offices and repair and maintenance workshop. • ZONE P11: machinery park. Services • Safe storage and natural drying of forest biomass of all types (energy crops, forest residues, roundwood, etc.), regardless of weather conditions, for supply to points of energy consumption. • Classification and recovery of agricultural biomass (citrus and fruit trees). • Safe storage away from forest masses and with the possibility of natural drying in a controlled environment, leaving the mountain clean, reducing the risk of fire. • Possibility of large reserves of calibrated biomass (according to European standards UNE-CEN / TS 14971: 2005) in a strategic place with respect to raw material and final consumers (cogeneration plants, thermal consumption, export ports, pellet mills, etc.) • Total independence over external conditions: weather conditions for prolonged periods of rainfall, fire risk, etc. • Strategic supply capacity, large load capacity and material transfer, avoiding storage costs in consumer parks and ports (reducing berthing costs, port camps, etc.) It has meant a total investment of about 20 million euros. Of this total, more than 12 million have been invested in machinery, specifically in twenty chippers, four pre-crushers and twelve trucks for logistics and the other seven million have been allocated to the construction of the plant. It should be noted that all the investment has been made with its own means and without aid or subsidies. |

It operates throughout Spain with dealers and delegations in both archipelagos. It has branches in Morocco and Portugal with activity in Angola, Mozambique and Zambia. In these times of change, it launches a new business line dedicated to biomass energy, marketing the raw material (splinter) necessary for biomass production. The investment has led to the generation of more than 50 direct jobs and this number is expected to grow with the start-up of the second phase. It should be mentioned that all jobs have been created with personnel from the area, as well as the entire movement of land, civil works and construction has also been contracted with companies in the area of Huelva. |
