\/][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pilot schemes shall be conducted to validate the model in 5 representative areas of the SUDOE<\/strong>:\u00a0<br \/>Navarra (Atlantic and Pyrenean Forest), Extremadura (Mediterranean Forest), Catalu\u00f1a (Pyrenean and Mediterranean Forest), Occitanie (Pyrenean Forest), Regi\u00f3n Centro, Portugal (Mediterranean Forest).<\/p>\n<p>The main tasks to be performed shall be as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Analysis of the initial situation<\/strong>in the 5 territories taking part in the pilot schemes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design of the projects<\/strong>: objectives, activities, budget, schedule, indicators, leaders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementation and monitoring<\/strong>of the actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Study Visits<\/strong>to the 5 pilot schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of an<strong> Assessment Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revision of the model<\/strong> following the results of the pilot schemes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Publication of the <\/strong>\u201c<strong>Guide<\/strong>\u201dfor the dissemination of the developed and tested management model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The pilot schemes shall include those aspects of the management model that are innovative in each territory.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider _builder_version=&#8221;3.19.16&#8243;
