\n Le Groupe Garc\u00eda Forestal, \u00e0 travers la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 WOOD CHIPS GALICIA S.L.U., a la capacit\u00e9 de fournir des copeaux de bois de haute qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Les copeaux de bois obtenus des diff\u00e9rentes exploitations foresti\u00e8res qui sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9gion, sont soumis \u00e0 un processus de tamisage, de raffinage et de s\u00e9chage, dans le but d’atteindre des qualit\u00e9s optimales pour son utilisation comme biocarburant.\n<\/p>\n

\n G\u00e9n\u00e9rer une plus grande valeur ajout\u00e9e au bois, par son utilisation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique comme biomasse pour la production thermique..\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la pratique ou du projet<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n L’usine situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Sig\u00fceiro (Conseil Oroso), qui dispose d’un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9chage forc\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire l’humidit\u00e9 des copeaux de bois, a une capacit\u00e9 de production de 40.000 T\/an de copeaux de bois \u00e0 25% d’humidit\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n

\n \u00c0 partir de cette usine, les copeaux de bois sont fournis \u00e0 toute la Galice, aussi bien dans le secteur r\u00e9sidentiel qu’industriel, en \u00e9tant distribu\u00e9s au moyen de camions \u00e0 fond mouvant de diff\u00e9rentes capacit\u00e9s (de 45 \u00e0 90 m3) avec d\u00e9chargement par gravit\u00e9, ou au moyen d’un camion \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9chargement pneumatique, pour le remplissage de silos dans lesquels le d\u00e9chargement par gravit\u00e9 n’est pas possible..\n<\/p>\n

\n Greenalia Woodchips pr\u00e9pare le copeau conform\u00e9ment aux sp\u00e9cifications de la norme ISO 172254-4, a une capacit\u00e9 de production de 35.000 t\/an de copeau de qualit\u00e9 A1, avec une humidit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25%. Les copeaux de bois obtenus de l’exploitation foresti\u00e8re en Galice sont soumis \u00e0 un processus de criblage, de raffinage et de s\u00e9chage, dans le but d’obtenir des qualit\u00e9s optimales pour l’utilisation comme biocarburant dans les processus de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d’\u00e9nergie thermique, qu’ils soient r\u00e9sidentiels ou industriels.\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n En mai 2018, BIOMASUD a obtenu la certification de biocarburant solide pour les copeaux de bois de qualit\u00e9, g\u00e9r\u00e9e en Espagne par l’Association espagnole pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d’\u00e9nergie \u00e0 partir de la biomasse, AVEBIOM. L’objectif de ce label, qui reconna\u00eet \u00e9galement la durabilit\u00e9, est de garantir la qualit\u00e9 de la biomasse \u00e0 usage domestique dans la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, conform\u00e9ment aux normes internationales (copeaux de bois, ISO 17225-4), nationales (pierres, UNE 164003 ; et coquilles de noix, UNE 164004).\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
