Compte tenu du fait que cette aide arrive une fois le projet ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 et pay\u00e9, le propri\u00e9taire de l&rsquo;ouvrage doit pr\u00e9alablement verser le montant total de cette aide.\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>2011-2015 SABANDO<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Le budget pour l&rsquo;ensemble de la partie bio\u00e9nergie, y compris le r\u00e9seau de distribution, est de 582 128,00 euros. Et comme \u00e0 Okina, il est financ\u00e9 par le Gouvernement Basque \u00e0 hauteur de 456.359,43 euros. Il faut rappeler que ces aides arrivent une fois que le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 et pay\u00e9. Le propri\u00e9taire de l&rsquo;ouvrage doit payer au pr\u00e9alable le montant total du projet.\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong>Principaux objectifs<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p><strong>GENERAL<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    Utilisation de la biomasse locale\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    &#8211; R\u00e9activation du milieu rural\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    &#8211; Cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois locaux\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    &#8211; R\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de dioxyde de carbone\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OKINA<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Afin d&rsquo;assurer un d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 au bois g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le nettoyage des for\u00eats de la municipalit\u00e9, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de construire une centrale \u00e0 biomasse pour fournir du chauffage et de l&rsquo;eau chaude aux 20 b\u00e2timents du village.\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>SABANDO<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Fourniture d&rsquo;eau chaude et de chauffage \u00e0 travers des micro-r\u00e9seaux de chaleur dans la municipalit\u00e9, pour tirer profit de la biomasse existante dans l&rsquo;environnement de la municipalit\u00e9, en optimisant le rendement de ces syst\u00e8mes communs par rapport aux individus, en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant du travail local et en nettoyant la montagne, avec ce que cela implique en termes de pr\u00e9vention des incendies\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong>Description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la pratique ou du projet<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p><strong>OKINA<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXECUTION: FASE I. 2010<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Compte tenu de l&rsquo;urgence du d\u00e9marrage des travaux, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cuter le projet en deux phases. La premi\u00e8re phase consiste \u00e0 introduire le chauffage urbain n\u00e9cessaire pour la conduction de l&rsquo;eau chaude dans les b\u00e2timents en profitant de l&rsquo;ouverture des tranch\u00e9es pr\u00e9vues pour la r\u00e9novation des services de base d\u00e9crits. Ceci est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait avec les tests n\u00e9cessaires de fuites \u00e9ventuelles avant la pose.\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXECUTION: FASE II. 2013<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Et cette deuxi\u00e8me phase, consistait en :\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  1. La construction d&rsquo;une chaufferie.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  2. Achat et montage des chaudi\u00e8res de production de chaleur avec les \u00e9l\u00e9ments des accumulateurs, des soupapes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de contr\u00f4le et du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;agitation. Ces chaudi\u00e8res seront aliment\u00e9es avec des copeaux de bois qui proviendront de la gestion annuelle de la for\u00eat, principalement du h\u00eatre.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  3. Achat et installation d&rsquo;\u00e9changeurs de chaleur, d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de mesure et de raccordements aux diff\u00e9rentes installations.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Production de chaleur : 2 500 kWh\/mois pour les b\u00e2timents publics et 30 maisons individuelles.
