Description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la pratique ou du projet<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

\n La chaudi\u00e8re install\u00e9e fournit le chauffage et l’eau chaude sanitaire aux b\u00e2timents publics, \u00e0 travers un circuit de tuyaux enterr\u00e9s \u00e0 un m\u00e8tre de profondeur, commod\u00e9ment scell\u00e9s et isol\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que les pertes de chaleur soient minimales et le rendement tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9. Une chaudi\u00e8re moderne de 1.000 Kw de puissance thermique, d’origine danoise, a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e, dont le fonctionnement donne un rendement de combustion de plus de 90%, ce qui garantit que les fum\u00e9es sont pratiquement imperceptibles \u00e0 la sortie de la chemin\u00e9e, rempla\u00e7ant ainsi les chaudi\u00e8res diesel ou \u00e9lectriques contaminantes qui alimentaient ces b\u00e2timents administratifs.\n<\/p>\n

\n Pour fermer ce circuit, on l’a laiss\u00e9 s’auto-approvisionner avec les r\u00e9sidus forestiers des montagnes locales, car les copeaux de bois utilis\u00e9s comme combustible ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis aupr\u00e8s d’une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de bois d’origine industrielle et foresti\u00e8re, \u00e0 10% de la valeur de l’huile de chauffage de l’\u00e9poque. Montes de las Navas S.A. a fait en sorte qu’une grande partie des d\u00e9chets g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par les travaux forestiers en montagne puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s et consomm\u00e9s dans cette chaudi\u00e8re. Le projet d’am\u00e9nagement forestier garantissait que cette utilisation de l’\u00e9nergie serait durable et compatible avec la conservation de la for\u00eat, puisque les d\u00e9chets g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par les coupes ordinaires de bois et les traitements qui r\u00e9duisent la densit\u00e9 dans les jeunes pins \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9venir la propagation des incendies et am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 de la for\u00eat.\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n Les travailleurs de la mairie sont responsables des travaux de Montes de las Navas S.A., puisqu’il s’agit d’une entreprise 100% municipale. Il s’agit d’un montage juridique permettant la vente des copeaux de bois produits \u00e0 d’autres entit\u00e9s. Au d\u00e9but du projet, Montes de las Navas S.A. \u00e9tait responsable de tout le travail de manutention. Cependant, depuis 2016, la SOMACYL est charg\u00e9e de la transformation en pellets de l’exploitation foresti\u00e8re produite par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 Las Navas. Ils travaillent sur la base d’arr\u00eat\u00e9s, instrument juridique par lequel le conseil municipal confie des travaux \u00e0 la SOMACYL. La Mairie de Las Navas est uniquement responsable du chargement du silo qui alimente la chaudi\u00e8re.\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
