\n La production du bois d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9 est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de billons livr\u00e9s sur plate-forme. Le broyage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous forme de campagne par une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. Le bois d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9 est ensuite stock\u00e9 pour atteindre naturellement le taux d’humidit\u00e9 requis (<30%).\n<\/p>\n

\n L’approvisionnement se fait aupr\u00e8s des propri\u00e9taires forestiers publics (communes et ONF) et priv\u00e9s. Des exploitants forestiers ind\u00e9pendants trouvent \u00e9galement un d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 pour leurs bois qui, au vu des faibles quantit\u00e9s que cela repr\u00e9sente, n’int\u00e9ressent pas les industriels du secteur.\n<\/p>\n

\n Les travaux forestiers r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sont essentiellement des \u00e9claircies de foret de sapin et de h\u00eatre, la valorisation de sapins impropres au sciage, de coupes sanitaires \u00e0 la suite d’attaques de parasites ou de chablis (bois cass\u00e9s par la neige ou le vent), ainsi que des taillis d\u00e9p\u00e9rissant de ch\u00e2taignier.\n<\/p>\n

\n Un contr\u00f4le continu est effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du processus de fabrication du combustible : qualit\u00e9 du bois en billons livr\u00e9 sur la plate-forme, conformit\u00e9 de la granulom\u00e9trie lors du d\u00e9chiquetage, suivi du taux d’humidit\u00e9 pendant le stockage.\n<\/p>\n

\n Stockage des plaquettes foresti\u00e8res en tas sous hangar, pour une dur\u00e9e minimum de 6 mois de s\u00e9chage naturel sans manipulation.\n<\/p>\n

\n La fili\u00e8re bois \u00e9nergie est \u00e9mergente et certaines installations mal dimensionn\u00e9es ou mal con\u00e7ues par les bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tude sont des contre exemples qui ne facilitent pas le d\u00e9veloppement harmonieux de cette fili\u00e8re .\n<\/p>\n
