La page web de Promobiomasse a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Nasuvinsa, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 publique du Gouvernement de Navarre, au cours du comit\u00e9 de pilotage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par tous les adh\u00e9rents au projet \u00e0 Lannemezan, (Occitanie, France). Le nouveau site web https:\/\/promobiomasse.eu<\/a>, avec des versions en anglais, espagnol, fran\u00e7ais et portugais, apporte des informations sur les objectifs, l\u2019\u00e9volution de ce projet europ\u00e9en et, \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, sur les exp\u00e9riences pilotes qui seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

L\u2019un des objectifs principaux de Promobiomasse est de d\u00e9couvrir les bonnes pratiques existantes sur tout le territoires SUDOE (sud-ouest de l\u2019Europe), relatives \u00e0 l\u2019extraction, la transformation, la logistique, la commercialisation et la demande de biomasse, pour parvenir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un mod\u00e8le qui englobe l\u2019offre et la demande, pouvant \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 par les adh\u00e9rents au projet sur le territoire SUDOE. Les entit\u00e9s et les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par la biomasse comme source d\u2019\u00e9nergie trouveront des exemples de bonnes pratiques sur la web et, \u00e0 travers un simple chercheur, elles pourront localiser les meilleures exp\u00e9riences en fonction du type d\u2019entit\u00e9 qui les r\u00e9alise, de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e, du type de machines employ\u00e9es ou de la client\u00e8le \u00e0 laquelle elles s\u2019adressent, parmi d\u2019autres crit\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Dans la section de questions fr\u00e9quentes, la nouvelle page offre des informations sur la biomasse, ses formes d\u2019utilisation pour la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique, \u00e9lectrique et m\u00e9canique, ainsi que les diff\u00e9rentes certifications nationales et internationales existantes qui garantissent la qualit\u00e9 des produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques obtenus \u00e0 partir de la biomasse. Dans les sections de nouvelles et d\u2019agenda, on pr\u00e9sente les nouveaut\u00e9s et les manifestations relatives au projet et au march\u00e9 de la biomasse en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

La biomasse, qui est issue de la mati\u00e8re organique v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et animale, constitue une source d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable. La r\u00e9duction des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, la diminution des r\u00e9sidus, auxquels on donne une nouvelle vie, et une moindre d\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ext\u00e9rieure sont, entre autres, les avantages associ\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un march\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la biomasse. En outre, il existe d\u2019autres avantages li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional, comme la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emploi local et la mise en valeur de ressources foresti\u00e8res locales, dans des r\u00e9gions susceptibles d\u2019avoir un potentiel important de biomasse, aujourd\u2019hui peu exploit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Promobiomasse, une mise sur le march\u00e9 de circuit court<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans la section de la web appel\u00e9 \u00abProjet\u00bb, on explique en quoi consiste Promobiomasse, une mise sur la coop\u00e9ration transnationale qui cherche \u00e0 promouvoir le march\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la biomasse sur le territoire SUDOE, en d\u00e9veloppant un mod\u00e8le de gestion de l\u2019offre et la demande qui applique le mod\u00e8le de \u00abcircuit court\u00bb et surmonte les probl\u00e8mes actuels de d\u00e9structuration de l\u2019offre, des petites propri\u00e9t\u00e9s foresti\u00e8res, des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019exploitation peu efficientes et de l\u2019insuffisance de la demande d\u00e9coulant de la m\u00e9connaissance. Le mod\u00e8le circuit court, similaire \u00e0 celui que l\u2019on applique aux produits agroalimentaires locaux, suppose un moindre impact environnemental et la dynamisation du d\u00e9veloppement local.<\/p>\n

\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le projet Promobiomasse est cofinanc\u00e9 \u00e0 75% par le programme Interreg SUDOE<\/a> \u00e0 travers le Fonds Europ\u00e9en de D\u00e9veloppement R\u00e9gional (FEDER), on consacre \u00e9galement un menu \u00e0 ce programme sur le site web.
