(IVA incluido) y para ello se cuenta con financiaci\u00f3n de los programas de Desarrollo Rural y de Medio Ambiente del Gobierno Vasco por importe de 259.921,04 \u20ac. Teniendo en cuenta que estas ayudas llegan una vez ejecutado y pagado el proyecto, el titular de la obra tiene que desembolsar previamente la cuant\u00eda total del mismo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2011-2015 SABANDO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El presupuesto de toda la parte de bioenerg\u00eda, incluida la red de distribuci\u00f3n es de 582.128,00 \u20ac. Y lo mismo que en Okina, se cuenta con financiaci\u00f3n del Gobierno Vasco por importe de 456.359,43\u20ac. Cabe recordar que estas ayudas llegan una vez ejecutado y pagado el proyecto, el titular de la obra tiene que desembolsar previamente la cuant\u00eda total del mismo.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong>Principales objetivos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Principaux objectifs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Per\u00edodo de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p><strong>GENERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovechamiento de la biomasa local<\/li>\n<li>Reactivaci\u00f3n del medio rural<\/li>\n<li>Generaci\u00f3n del empleo local<\/li>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n de la emisi\u00f3n de di\u00f3xido de carbono<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OKINA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para dar salida a la madera generada de la limpieza de los bosques del municipio, se decidi\u00f3 construir una planta de biomasa que proporcionase calefacci\u00f3n y agua caliente a los 20 edificios del pueblo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SABANDO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suministro de agua caliente sanitaria y calefacci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de micro redes de calor en el municipio, para aprovechar la biomasa existente en el entorno del municipio, optimizando el rendimiento de estos sistemas comunes respecto a los individuales, generando trabajo local y limpiando el monte, con lo que ello implica en materia de prevenci\u00f3n ante incendios<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong>Descripci\u00f3n detallada de la pr\u00e1ctica o proyecto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la pratique ou du projet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada da pr\u00e1tica ou projeto<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p><strong>OKINA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>EJECUCION: FASE I. 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dada la premura del inicio de las obras se decide ejecutar el proyecto en dos fases. La primera fase consiste en introducir el district-heating necesario para la conducci\u00f3n de agua caliente a los edificios aprovechando la apertura de zanjas prevista para la renovaci\u00f3n de los servicios b\u00e1sicos descritos. Esto se encuentra ya realizado con las pruebas necesarias de posibles fugas antes de la pavimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EJECUCION: FASE II. 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y esta segunda fase, consisti\u00f3 en:<\/p>\n<p>1. La construcci\u00f3n de sala de calderas.<\/p>\n<p>2. Adquisici\u00f3n y montaje de las calderas de producci\u00f3n de calor junto con los elementos de acumuladores, v\u00e1lvulas de seguridad y control y el sistema de agitaci\u00f3n. Estas calderas ser\u00e1n alimentadas con astilla que proceder\u00e1 de la gesti\u00f3n anual del monte, hayedo en su mayor parte.<\/p>\n<p>3. Adquisici\u00f3n y montaje de intercambiadores, elementos de medida y conexiones con las instalaciones individuales.<\/p>\n<p>Producci\u00f3n de calor: 2.500 kWh\/mes para edificios p\u00fablicos y 30 viviendas unifamiliares.
